Q: May I purchase additional wines?
A: Yes! We set aside cases of wine for Troon Vineyard Cellar Dweller’s to purchase. Many of the club wines are limited in production, so don't wait to re-order!
Q: When are the shipments sent to me?
A: The wines are shipped out mid month in February, May, September & December. These dates are subject to change and this information can always be found on your wine club calendar of events on this website on the Cellar Dwellers Page.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
A: We would miss you terribly, but you can cancel any time after accepting a minimum of four Cellar Dweller shipments. Just call Troon Vineyard at 541.846.9900 or email your director of Wine Clubs at lwan@troonvineyard.com and we will cancel your membership.
Q: Are there any special events for Cellar Dwellers?
A: Of course! Before each shipment you will receive our Cellar Dweller Selections Email, which provides information on upcoming events for Troon Vineyard Wine Club Members. You can also go to our Events page here on the website.
Q: How many bottles are sent in each shipment?
A: This number varies from one shipment to the next and will depend on which wine club you have signed up for. You can find the specific information for your shipments on the Cellar Dweller portion of our website under “shipments”.
Q: How much does it cost to be a wine club member?
A: There is no cost to join any of Troon Vineyard’s wine clubs, just the cost of the purchase of the wines you commit to. We have clubs that offer quarterly shipments of $100 or less not including the cost of shipping or clubs that offer a purchase as you please with an annual purchase requirement. With five different wine clubs to choose from, there is something for anyone who would like to join the Troon Vineyard family.
Q: Where can my wine shipments be sent?
A: A business address is preferred, as there is always an adult to sign for the wine. We can currently ship to the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV & WY. Direct shipping laws are changing quickly and we make every attempt to ship to consumers in all legal states. If you do not see your state listed but have received wines from Oregon wineries in the past, please feel free to contact our Shipping Manager, Corey McTaggart at cmctaggart@troonvineyard.com – we would be happy to do what we can.

Q: As a Troon Vineyard Cellar Dweller, do I receive special discounts?
A: Yes! Cellar Dwellers receive a 10% discount on all wines and complimentary or discounted pricing for many of our events and services. We do not offer a discount on non-wine merchandise. Shipments are billed at Cellar Dweller pricing.
As a Troon Vineyard Cellar Dweller you also receive complimentary tasting for yourself and your guests in the Tasting Room. You also receive Cellar Dweller pricing on our VinoLab Menu, which will save you 10% off the menu prices. |
