Chef Tim Keller

timkeller.jpgChef Tim Keller is one of Oregon's premier chefs and culinary artists. Keller's background combines a perfect recipe for becoming Southern Oregon's own "Top Chef."

Keller was submersed in foods at an early age in Davis, California. While in Davis, known for its world-class wine education and leading agricultural philosophies, Chef Keller acquired an acute sense of smell and a focused palette. He began working in local restaurants and hotels in his early teens, then Keller moved to San Francisco and began cooking in the areas finest restaurants while in culinary school. While working at the infamous Flying Saucer under Paul Bocuse trained Albert Tordjman, Keller decided he was ready to open his own restaurant.

After a small cooking roll in the movie Mrs. Doubtfire, Chef Keller opened the Firefly restaurant in Ashland, Oregon. The restaurant quickly became a success and received critical acclaim in Sunset Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, New York Times, The Oregonian and other publications, as being "one of the best in the Northwest."

Keller has continued to perfect his craft at such Southern Oregon notables such as the Ashland Springs Hotel, Jacksonville Inn, and the Carriage House Restaurant at Nunan Estate. White winning many awards and accolades for his beautifully crafted cuisine, it is Chef Keller's humble roots and whimsical creativity that combine to make a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience for his guests.
