Troon to Table Mustard
Our inaugural Troon to Table product, mustard harvested from our vineyard’s cover crop, is now on sale online or in our Tasting Rooms for $5 a jar. Chef Tim Keller created a recipe full of flavor and spice.
We have aspirations of adding lavender lemonade and lavender salt made from plants grown on the estate and curing meats in the wine cellar.
